• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not receive a refund.

• Rescheduling: You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you wish to change the date of your booking. Any changes requested less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking cannot be accommodated.

• Refunds: Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before your scheduled booking.
